Donavan Taylor: With a background in Public Relation, Mr. Taylor
serves as Sr. Account Manager and Senior Investigator. Mr. Taylor has set a
high standard for investigations and account resolution at three different
companies. This included increasing account closure rate by 28% at his
last employer.

Robin Whitlock: Mrs. Whitlock serves as the office manager for Mark
Lyon Group. She has worked as an office manager for skip trace
companies the last five years. She is adept at handling all clients’
questions regarding, billing, updates, transportation of collateral,
and general account inquiries.
